Face Yoga - is a completely natural alternative to anti-aging remedies. By practicing a series of facial exercises you can learn to tone the muscles beneath the facial skin and increase facial circulation and blood flow which results in a more youthful and radiant complexion.

MEET TEENA

Hello, Thank you for visiting my website.


I became a Personal Trainer and Face Yoga coach, as I discovered my passion has always been around healthy living and my fitness. From dance classes as a kid to running many 10k events, exercise has always been an integral part of my daily life. 


To coach, guide & inspire my clients to achieve their goals is what I live for. When I see my clients train to transform their body & mind I find this is the most rewarding & satisfying aspect of my job.


If you’re thinking about personal training, please don’t let a lack of fitness put you off from making a start. I believe everyone deserve the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.
